Even though I wasn’t able to be part of one group, I had the great opportunity to be part of three groups!! Follow them around in different parts of NYC. Definitely a really interesting experiment. You learn a lot from how people expresses themselves with StreetArt. And I was able to hear different opinions on the subject.

Wow. Great article. I did not realize the extent to which these dogs aided US soldiers in combat, particularly over the last few decades. It is hard to believe that it took until 2000 for memorials to be erected in their honor. According to this website, http://www.war-dogs.com/, dogs prevented over 10,000 American casualties during the Vietnam War. These numbers are staggering and should hopefully incentivize people to bolster enough support for these dogs, so that they can receive the respect and care that they deserve.

I read that he architects are set to do a pilot which will be built just under the current Essex Street Market – a natural way to expand that great place. These projects are all great, but let us not forget about the wasted* trillions we have let the politicians or rather their masters get away with scot free, to be paid by future generations of taxpayers. It is sad that – just like Central Park was saved from its derelict state by the private neighbors (well, another story), such initiatives have to come from private initiatives.

(*) not wasted, but really stolen by the obfuscators at the Fed and the banks.

The whole idea of an underground park sounds fascinating! Great article. I look forward to seeing the installation that will be erected to promote the initiative and generate awareness about their use of solar technology in this case.

This piece really grabs you! The impressing aspect of this video is that it grabs and holds you with sheer simplicity. The messages throughout are subtle, but yet powerful: The man eating beef, as the cow feeds…very powerful points.
